December 26, 2005 - Video clip and screencaps from Hugh and Stephen Fry's appearance on TV-AM, 1992. The very first part of their first segment is missing, as there was a mad scramble to find a blank tape to pop into the VCR when the show was aired. I'm sure most of us know what that's like. ;-) The clip has been edited to show only the segments from the program that feature Hugh and Stephen. They were present for nearly 3/4 of the show, but since the clip is already nearly 21 minutes long, posting the entire broadcast would eat up far too much bandwidth to justify showing the two of them listening to a film critic review two films, us listening to the weather, and watching several commercials - fun as it is :-) Thanks again to Cathie! It's quite long - 90 MB and not streaming, so it might take some time to download. Right click and "Save target as."

December 20, 2005 - Again, thanks to Cathie, a video clip from Saturday Live, 1987. Hugh leads the audience in exercises. A few Screencaps - I'll be adding more, smaller ones later.
December 19, 2005 - Added another video clip of an old interview from This Morning, 1997 - from the "Cathie Collection" of goodies. There are some tracking problems from the video, but that's to be expected from older video tapes. I've done some screencaps as well, although they aren't the best quality. Thanks again to Cathie for sharing :-)

The Globe being the Globe, the interview is comprised of snippets, quotes, misquotes, and "interpretations" from various interviews, but the photos are newer and there is nothing tawdy there, so here it is! December 13, 2005 - Another video clip from the "Cathie Collection" of Hugh goodies...Hugh and Stephen Fry presenting a BAFTA award circa early 1990s. I will post the date as soon as I can verify. A few screencaps as well...
Thanks to the always alert Hugh fans around the 'net - especially at Devoted to Hugh and Television Without Pity, we have learned that Hugh will be featured in Playboy Magazine's 20 Questions article in the Feb issue (WARNING - link contains photos of nude women), AND he is currently on the cover, along with an article, in the latest issue of the Canadian TV Guide. Since I don't live in Canada, it will take a little while to get the mag, unless an enterprising Canadian fan would like to scan and send the article :-)
December 11, 2005 - Video clip (nearly 16 minutes in length. Hugh stayed on for the other guests, but I only included Hugh's interview as the vids eat up quite a bit of space) and screencaps from Hugh's 2000 appearance on Parkinson. He talks about Stephen Fry, his father, why he became an actor, Stuart Little, Maybe Baby and doing scenes in the buff, playing in the percussion section in the school orchestra and the screenplay of the Gun Seller and John Malkovitch. Hugh also performs his protest song. He says it has no title, but it's also known as All We've Gotta Do. A very, very big thank you to long time Hugh fan Cathie, who has provided a DVD of several of Hugh's old interviews and appearances. I will post them as I can. Some are already floating around out there on various Hugh sites.
The Golden Globe nominations will be announced Tuesday morning. Hugh has an excellent chance for a nod. If he is nominated, keep your eyes open for possible appearances on the various infotainment shows Tuesday. Entertainment Tonight, Extra, Access Hollywood etc...

December 2, 2005 - The first of a few updates this weekend..video clip and a few screencaps from TV Close Up (featuring medical shows - this may not be new, but it's new to this site) on the TV Guide Channel, as well as a very short promo from what looks to be a wonderful behind the scenes, hour - long show about House featured on the TV Guide Channel's Infanity series. You can also view a short preview here. The first airing is Monday at 9:00/8:00 central, and will be aired several times during the week. Fire up those Tivos and VCRs!!!
