May 21, 2006 - As some of you might have noticed, the site has been down for several days because the monthly quota of bandwidth was exceeded. Even though I have a great deal of bandwidth available each month, apparently it's not enough - as Hugh seems to be extremely popular these days. ;-) The site is back, but for now the videos on the video page won't be available until next week, in June. I would like to thank fans who wrote offering money to pay for more bandwidth. I have upgraded, but I would like to avoid asking people for donations if at all possible. I would also like to ask, nicely, one more time...if you are HOTLINKING to this site, please stop. It's stealing. If you would like to post photos on another site, please upload them to your own server or one such as photobucket. That way, you can share photos you like with others, but it won't use bandwidth from hl.net. The same is true for the videos. If you are able, please download them to your desktop - that way they are available for you to watch whenever you like, without using excessive bandwidth. Thanks much!
Hugh was in NYC last Thursday for the Fox Upfronts as well as the taping for Inside the Actor's Studio. If anyone was there and would like to share their story, please let me know and I will happily post it. I would like to add an area for fan enounters or experiences. Unfortuately, as of now, I haven't been able to find any photos of Hugh from the Upfronts. Amazingly. Hopefully some will surface. Kristen from E! News Live was able to snag him however. Here is a short video clip and some screencaps.
The latest issue of Radio Times features coverage of the Bafta Awards. Here is the photo with Hugh. There is also another photo and a video clip at radiotimes.com featuring Hugh in the press room.
May 16, 2006 - Hugh is on the cover of the May issue of Professional Photographer. The photo is the same one featured inside the magazine. The article is about stock photographers and is fairly extensive. I have only scanned the photo and the article on the photographer, Mitch Jenkins, who works with Getty Images. This photo was taken for the UK's Channel 5, which airs House. There are no mentions of Hugh in the article.
